Restrictive covenants

If you are subject to restrictive covenants in your contract of employment, these will normally seek to prevent you from working for a competitor, poaching clients and/or colleagues and using any business sensitive information for a specific period of time after your employment terminates.

Our employment specialists are familiar with restrictive covenant wording and can advise you on whether or not any covenants will be viewed as reasonable by the Courts and whether or not they can be enforced by your employer.
