Our German desk was established in 2003 and is headed by Stuart Miller together with other German-speaking lawyers. Its work covers all areas of import and export trade for our clients from German-speaking countries as well as investors into that area from all over the world, for instance including corporate structuring, business acquisition, employment and debt collection.
We draw regularly on the support of our partner offices within the Warwick Legal Network in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Munich and Wuppertal.
We are members of the German-British Chamber of Industry & Commerce.
