The Danish desk is an integral part of our Scandinavian practice, headed by Steen Rosenfalck. It is the largest Anglo-Danish practice outside Denmark with three dual qualified Danish and English lawyers and a number of Danish mother-tongue lawyers in its London office
The team offers advice on most legal aspects of doing business in Denmark including corporate structuring, business acquisition, employment, property and debt collection. The team can also draw on local resources from our Copenhagen office when needed.

We are a founder member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Denmark and a corporate member of the Danish UK Chamber of Commerce in London.
We work regularly with the Royal Danish Embassy in London and the British Embassy in Copenhagen as well as other trade organisations such as UK Trade and Industry, Invest in Denmark and various regional development agencies such as Copenhagen Capacity.
