The employment team acts for a wide range of companies in the finance, technology, manufacturing and fashion sectors. Our lawyers are specialists in the field and can advise businesses on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. The entire team is bilingual and is able to give advice on English employment law in a number of languages including French, Danish and modern Greek.
Our services for employers include drafting employment contracts, policies and handbooks and advising on employee secondments abroad.
We can also advise on the employment aspects of business transactions such as share sales and assist with all related due diligence. We are also experienced in advising on different types of TUPE transfers, including insolvency situations and outsourcings. Moreover, we can advise on corporate restructurings and redundancies.
The employment team’s practice also covers all aspects of contentious advisory employment law work. This includes advice on claims for unfair dismissal, whistle blowing and discrimination and we can provide representation to employers who wish to defend a claim in the Employment Tribunal.
