We can assist employees and consultants at all levels of seniority with any employment related matters that arise in the workplace including at boardroom level.

At the outset of an employment relationship, we can assist with employment contract negotiations and with helping employees understand the scope of any restrictions imposed in restrictive covenants.

We can also assist with any internal issues arising out of a Company’s disciplinary and grievance procedures and also advise on the application of the ACAS code. Our aim is to resolve any disputes as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible. Where this is not possible, we are experienced in bringing employee Tribunal claims and we have successfully represented a number of high net worth individuals who have been subjected to discrimination in the workplace.

When a company is restructuring, it may envisage making redundancies and we can review any compromise agreements offered to employees by their employers.

All our employment lawyers are bilingual and can advise employees on English employment law in a number of languages including French, Danish and modern Greek.
