Quality assurance

We have implemented a number of internal procedures and policies to increase our quality control. In February 2008 we were awarded the Lexcel quality mark which we are very proud of.

Lexcel

Lexcel is the Law Society’s own quality mark to recognise excellent client service and staff development. We are audited annually (last time in February 2011) to make sure that we comply with the requirements.
