Quality assurance

We have implemented a number of internal procedures and policies to increase our quality management and control.

In February 2008 we were awarded the Lexcel quality mark which we are very proud of.




The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards. We undergo rigorous independent assessment every year (last time in March 2017) to ensure we meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
