Introduction
Sara joined Miller Rosenfalck in 2007 and is a solicitor in our Employment Team. She is also an active member of the Danish Desk. Sara practices in all areas of employment law advising on non-contentious matters such as contractual and policy documentation, the Working Time Regulations, drafting of and advising on executive bonus packages, restrictive covenants, the transfer and takeover of businesses (including TUPE), business restructuring and redundancies and advising on cross border employment documentation. Sara also advises on a wide range of contentious cases including discrimination claims, unfair, constructive and wrongful dismissals and cross border employment claims.
